"Pill Pack: A Frustrating Pharmacy Experience"
Pill Pack has been the most frustrating pharmacy experience I've ever encountered. During a doctor's appointment on 03/29/23, I was given a prescription. Since 03/31/23, my doctor has been asked multiple times for extra medical info to speed up the prior authorization. Here we are on 05/06/23, and I still don’t have my meds.
My primary care physician sent a refill on 03/30/23 for a medication I've relied on for years. As of 05/05/23, I still hadn’t seen my medication. I called to check on the status and ended up on hold for 44 minutes. I had to reach out to my doctor to let him know I was completely out of my meds. I requested he send it to a different pharmacy where I knew I could easily pick it up. That was yesterday, and today I finally got my much-needed medication.

Pill pack is the worse pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. At a doctors visit on 03/29/23 a medication was prescribed for me. Since 03/31/23 the doctor has repeatedly been asked for additional medical history for an expedited prior authorization. Today is 05/06/23 still no medication.
My PCP sent a prescription refill on 03/30/23 for a medication I’ve been taking for a number of years. On
05/05/23 I still hadn’t received my medication. I called to find out what happened to my medication and was put on hold for 44min. I called my PCP to inform him that I was completely out of my medication. I asked him to send it to another pharmacy where I knew I would be able to pick it up. That was yesterday and today I have my very much needed medication

"Total Incompetence"
Total incompetence, that's what it is. They keep messing things up. I've had the same issue with my medications five times now. And to top it all off, I can't even log in for the past week. They claim they're sending a code, but it never shows up. They suggest I should 'chat' with them if it doesn't come through, but their chat line is completely unresponsive.

Incompetence is the word. They consistently get things wrong. They have made ths same mistake with my meds five times. Now, and for the last week, the icing on the cake is that I cannot even log in. They say they are sending a code, but it never arrives. The sday that if the doesn't arrive, I should "chat" with them. But their chat line is dead.

"LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT"
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! I live in a small town, and recently Amazon decided to cut costs by using UPS Surepost for deliveries. This means they drop packages at the nearest POST OFFICE instead of bringing them to my door. Unfortunately, I can't receive mail at home, so my medications get sent back to Amazon. I've told them about this issue multiple times, and they assured me they would stop using Surepost. But here I am, just three days away from running out of my heart meds, and there's no way to get them. Since Amazon hasn't received the return yet, I have to pay full price, and they still can't promise when I'll get my meds. I've talked until I'm exhausted, and they just don't seem to care. They keep repeating the same old lines without offering any real help. I've been a customer for nearly FOUR years! AVOID THEM because when it comes to fixing problems, they just won't do it...

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT"
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I live in a small town and recently Amazon (to save money) started delivering through UPS Surepost. Which is UPS's way of giving cheaper shipping and not having to deliver to the door. They drop it at the POST OFFICE nearest you and they deliver it. Well in my case I can't get mail deliver so the meds get sent back to Amazon. I have advised them numerous times of this they guarantee me that they will avoid sure post. But its now 3 days from me being out of heart meds and no way to get them. and because amazon doesn't have them back yet I have to pay full price and they still cant guarantee delivery. I have talked until I'm blue in the face and they DO NOT CARE. They use them same bullet points with no resolution. I have been with them for going on FOUR years!! STEER CLEAR because when it comes to making things right they won't...

"My Advice: Just Stay Away"
Honestly, my advice is to just stay away. This company is a total mess. If you stick to just taking pills, you might be fine. But if you need inhalers or anything else, good luck. Nobody seems to have a clue over there. I've been calling month after month trying to sort out my medications, and it’s just one frustrating loop after another. The managers are often rude, probably because they’re lost themselves. One manager even told me he wouldn’t send my meds just to throw a tantrum. Other managers assure me the issue is resolved, but the next month, it’s the same old story. I end up calling again, getting the same runaround, and they promise me it’s all fixed. Maybe they ought to hire some kids in third grade; at least they might get things sorted out. Seriously, just stay away.

"All I can say is RUN"
All I can say is RUN. This company just sucks. If you just take pills you are ok. But if you take inhalers or anything else you are screwed. No one there knows what they are doing. I have called month after month trying to get my meds. And it's just run around after run around. Manages that are rude to you because they don't know what they are doing. Then had a manager tell me that he won't send any of my meds because he wanted to act like a little child. Other managers promise the problem is fixed and the following month same thing. I have to call get the run around and again promise the problem is fixed. Maybe they should hire some third grade kids so the problem will get fixed all I can say is RUN.

"Terrible Experience. Avoid This Place."
This place is just the worst. They deceive and take advantage. Once again, they sent me a month’s worth of medication instead of the 90 days I ordered, even after I pointed it out to them before. They can see all the emails where I mentioned their error, yet nothing changes. They claim to be a mail-order pharmacy, so why are they sending out a 30-day supply in the first place? One of their reps even told me they’re NOT a mail-order pharmacy and mentioned some 'local pharmacy' in New Hampshire... like I’m gonna make a trip to that 'local' spot from out of state! It’s absolutely ridiculous. This is a shady operation with no ethics.

Awful. They lie and steal. They sent 30 days worth of meds again (when Rx is for 90 days) even after it was addressed with them previously, and they have an ability to see all the emails stating that they are working on fixing their mistake. They are a MAIL-ORDER pharmacy, they have no business sending patients a 30 day supply in a first place. Their representative told me they are NOT a mail-order pharmacy and that they have a "local pharmacy" somewhere in New Hampshire...so make a quick run, to your "local" pharmacy from all other states! Absolutely insane. Crooked business with unethical practices.

"Awful Experience"
What a disaster! Amazon ought to be embarrassed. I had a good experience with them more than a year back. But now, after my insurance switched, things have gone downhill. Avoid them if you can help it. One representative claims my order would show up the next day, but then two days later, another one tells me it won’t arrive for three weeks. The customer service folks are rude and don’t seem to care. They really need to step up their game.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Amazon should be ashamed. I used them over a year ago and was very happy. Now when coming back after insurance changed, they are terrible. Stay away unless you have no other choice. One rep says order will arrive the next day and then two days later a rep says it won't be for three weeks. Customer service reps are surly and unapologetic. They suck.

"Lousy delivery of a promising service"
The idea behind this company is solid. However, the way they handle the delivery of medications, with proper packaging, leaves a lot to be desired.
Having worked as a provider for 27 years, I’m usually pretty patient and don’t get riled up easily. But as a customer, I gotta say, this company just isn’t worth the hassle. As a doctor in a clinic serving around 5-6,000 patients, I’ll definitely share my experience with my fellow providers.
